What
else comes with my report?
The
annual financial reports are issued once a year.. They usually arrive
in the mail and are packaged with voting material to elect the corporation's
Board of Directors. This voting material is called a "proxy",
and is an absentee-type ballot for those who cannot attend the annual
shareholder meeting.. While this ballot is not a part of the annual
report, do not
throw it away. Both the report and the ballot
are important for the shareholder. The corporation depends on its
members to keep up with its achievements and cast informed votes.
